What is the difference between the management fee and advertising budget?
The management fee pays for campaign planning, creative work, setup and ongoing management. The advertising budget pays for actual advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Applicable taxes are accounted for separately.
Do I need to provide advertising images?
No. Suitable advertising creative design is included without an additional standard design fee. We will need relevant business and product information and your cooperation.
Will you write the advertising copy?
Yes. Advertising headlines and copywriting are included, along with creative revisions and your approval before launch.
Can I provide my own creatives?
Yes. We can use, edit and optimise your existing materials, subject to suitability and platform requirements.
How much should I spend on advertising daily?
It depends on your goals, audience and campaign scope. The calculator offers RM20, RM50 and RM100 daily planning options. We can discuss a suitable budget without promising a particular result.
Will I receive daily updates?
Yes. You receive daily updates covering campaign spending and performance during the management period.
What happens if my advertising budget is not fully used?
After final platform billing reconciliation, unused prepaid advertising funds and corresponding unincurred estimated taxes are refunded where applicable. Management fees are separate and not automatically refundable.
Is 8% SST included?
The calculator adds an estimated 8% SST to Meta advertising expenditure where applicable. Any tax legally applicable to the agency management fee is treated separately. Final tax amounts depend on actual charges and invoices.
Do you guarantee sales or leads?
No. Results depend on your offer, audience, market conditions, budget and platform delivery. We provide professional management and optimisation, without guaranteed sales, leads, conversions or ROAS.
